Stronger Together: Father-and-Son Camp 2024
teamFather-and-son camps are essential for fostering strong family connections and promoting unity within communities. These camps offer a unique opportunity for fathers and sons to engage in shared activities that nurture trust, communication, and mutual respect. By encouraging active fatherhood and mentorship, they also promote life skills, positive values, and emotional well-being.
On June 29-30, 2024, Light for All Foundation hosted its annual Father-and-Son Camp at the beautiful Paradise Adventure Camp. The event brought together a total of 69 participants and was supported by 9 volunteer students from St. Mark’s Coptic Orthodox College in Sydney Australia, along with 2 professional counselors.
The camp was packed with engaging activities designed to strengthen the father-and-son bond. Participants enjoyed swimming and various team-building games that encouraged collaboration and fun. In addition to these recreational activities, the camp featured meaningful sessions focused on building strong relationships not only between fathers and sons but also with other family members.
The event was a resounding success, leaving participants with lasting memories, deeper connections, and valuable lessons on fostering healthy relationships. It was yet another testament to the Light for All Foundation’s commitment to enriching families and communities through impactful programs.
